Anticipation-Day Two

All sensed in unison. No angel spoke or had to speak. The music itself communicated as we waited in active engagement, looking and listening for what was to manifest. It could have been hours, it could have been ages. It might have been eons. Time would only be important for sons of Adam.  Just know that waiting upon the Lord is not a passive act. It is full of intention and activity and interaction. The objective being: we all observe together. Then our collective observation allows us to perceive the manifestation of what is to come next. It doesn’t matter how long that takes, it matters that all observe, so that all can partake in the happening. This was one of those times when many, many angels were called upon to take part.
That’s another thing…everything in the eternal realm is done in partnership with Divine Essence. He initiates through one of His personalities, but executes through His Son, Holy Spirit, angels or the sons of Adam. He does nothing by Himself. That kind of individualism is anathema. At one time, one of us was tainted with self-promotion and could no longer tolerate the oneness we share. He plummeted to earth where he bided his time until he saw an opportunity to infect the Sons of Adam with the same disease he carried. Individualism is a form of “self” consciousness and “self” protection. It is foreign in the eternal realm where everything happens in concert. Here, we are always co-operating and complementing. That does not mean we are alike. We each have a distinct personality that is uniquely ours, just like the Sons of Adam. To know the Divine is to continually observe something new about His nature and personality as we all share and reflect a portion of His image in a singular way.
So, during this waiting time, we were seeking and asking to know what was next. We sensed we were being called upon to assist the Sons of Adam in some way. We sought to know if it was helping with an announcement, a commission or warning, or maybe even a rescue, but none of those possibilities seemed to resonate. What was resonating was a tremendous excitement; yet still, there was that anticipation in the music.  There was something preventing our moving on in the melody and it heightened our awareness, keeping us alert and receptive. This had never happened quite like this before. There had never been such a momentous and sustained collective suspense. It gradually turned into a deep yearning to know what was on the heart of the Divine One Who orchestrates everything in harmony and intention.
The weight of this gloriously prolonged moment caused us to fall down and prostrate ourselves as Divine released wave after wave of joy. Rainbows of promise surrounded us and filled us within. Flashes of light coursed through us and illuminated hints of story, imparting things too intangible to grasp, but sure and indelible all the same, while we merged together in a collective desire.
This might be a good time to explain how it works in Divine worship, because it is crucial in understanding the resolution when it came. Most Sons of Adam think worship is telling God how wonderful and beautiful He is, as waves of glory pass over them. That is true to a degree, but it is only a small portion of worship. In heaven’s dimension, it is truly a corporate phenomenon. Think of it like this: The Godhead, in Three Persons, is ever deferring to one another. They are continually exalting each other and lifting each other up. No one is more important than another. They operate in seamless unity and deference, all as One, but without losing their distinct personality. The personalities enhance their Oneness and strengthen it, never detracting from Who they are together.
In this dimension, we angels have learned to worship in the same way. We exalt and lift each other up in and through Who He is and Who He is in us. I know this might be hard to understand, but think of it like this: when the Divine essence created Adam, and took woman from within him, they remained Adam. There was no demarcation between them. The separation did not happen until after the Fall. They were individuals with distinct personalities and functions, but were one in total unity. Together they were Adam. They knew that each was made in the image and likeness of the Divine Essence; a tabernacle of the Spirit. They not only worshipped toward Heaven individually, they worshipped in and through each other, with God in the midst. They could access the Holy of Holies inside each other and share worship together back and forth like the cherubim who sit above the Mercy Seat depicted in the Word. Adam and his wife could understand what God was revealing in and through each other, join together in agreement with His personality and raise that insight and agreement up to Him. It would then be an act of worship where He would come and dwell in the midst of the atmosphere that He most loved. He dwelt in the midst of their worship. They created space for Him and He took up residence there in a symbiotic way. It went way beyond mere partnership.
He initiated revelation, and they could perceive and agree and fall down in humility or dance with delight. There were extended periods where there was a Trinity of thought because all were flowing together in a moment of revelation. Worship is where our hearts entwine with God's thoughts – and his thoughts merge with our understanding - this is the thought behind the verse…they that wait upon the Lord…
